The candidates for Project Manager must have technical construction skills specifically in high-end residential projects and effective construction management skills.

The Project Manager will be able to interact directly with the client, the design and consultant team and project engineer and must be able to do so with a high degree of professionalism and effectiveness, while always being respectful of our clients privacy and representing our company in a positive manner.

Responsibilities:
Manage the construction of the project all phases.
Oversee project administration (change orders, RFIs, submittals, construction documents, permits and inspections).
Manage the estimating process and oversee budgeting.
Conduct site meetings.
Create and manage project schedules this includes managing subcontractors and vendors to ensure they maintain the project schedule.
Quality control.
Oversee and ensure a clean and organized building site, site office, and good document management.
Monitor the work of others for compliance with applicable legal and regulatory codes, and a high standard of care for building practices and company standards.
Ensure compliance with all workplace safety protocols.
Lead by example, coach and motivate team members, and encourage and foster teamwork and collaboration.
Emotionally intelligent, good temperament
Experience:
Construction Management Experience 5 years experience minimum High-end residential construction management experience 3 years experience minimum.
Bachelors degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business or Construction Management preferred and/or equivalent combination of experience and/or training within a technical field.
Proven ability to complete projects with a focus on client satisfaction
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of construction documents and ability to read plans Microsoft Office or Google Suite Required Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Required Microsoft Projects or Like Preferred Construction Software Knowledge Preferred Slack and other chat apps- Preferred Strong verbal and written communication, computer, and decision-making skills Required.
