As we continue driving company growth, we are looking to add a marketing coordinator to our marketing team who will help us elevate our ability to execute through strong project management, attention to detail, and frictionless collaboration across the organization.
This position will be exposed to all facets of B2B marketing, work on a closely knit team, and is an excellent starter role for anyone pursuing a career in marketing.
Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Own project management for marketing initiatives when requested by CMO and marketing managers Work daily in the project management system to set up and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are being met Help run and facilitate marketing team meetings, event-related meetings, project kickoffs, and more Own and manage events and trade shows, working across the organization to ensure we deliver successful event/show experiences for both staff and attendees Help manage the company's online store for apparel and promotional items Own social media scheduling and posting, working closely with our content writer Support demand generation programs (email marketing, paid media, SEM/SEO, webinars, and more) Support marketing operations and revenue operations with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (HubSpot), and other system related project work Support product marketing with market intelligence efforts, analyst relations, sales enablement, and other project management needs Collaborate with CMO on branding efforts, corporate initiatives, and special projects Go above and beyond the normal job duties and responsibilities as needed as a member of a marketing team that's still growing Communicate often and employ a team player attitude that makes others enjoy working with you and the marketing team Qualifications and Skills:

years' experience working in a corporate environment, with marketing experience preferred Experience working at a software company is a plus Proven project management experience Experience managing events and/or trade shows Natural skills for organization and attention to detail Experience working with other teams across an organization Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort in leading projects and speaking/presenting in meetings Possess a service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others and making things run better Skilled at meeting facilitation that keeps people focused against an agenda Apply curiosity and empathy when partnering with others Skilled at juggling multiple tasks and wearing many hats, employing the right sense of urgency, prioritization, and time management required to meet all deadlines Apply framework and process oriented thinking Experience working in project management systems and the Google Suite of products (CRM and marketing automation platforms a plus) Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
