SUMMARY The Painter (Pintor/a) ensures that all areas of hotel property are maintained to the highest aesthetic appearance.
Maintains a variety of surfaces including, but not limited to paint, vinyl, wood/stain, stucco, drywall, and siding.

Keeps paint and other supplies catalogued, stocked, and orderly.
Complies with all EPA regulations for handling and disposal of supplies.
Maintains an organized and clean work area.
Assists in maintaining a safe work environment.
Fulfils other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
QUALIFICATIONS At least 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training.
A combination of experience, education, and/or training may be substituted for either requirement.
Commercial or residential experience, problem-solving, guest servicing and running day-to-day operations.
Experience in dealing with the public is preferred, such as retail cashier, food industry service, guest service with public contacts, etc.
Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.
Ability to maintain a friendly, team-oriented, positive attitude and a professional appearance at all times.
Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods of time, up to and including, the entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
