You must be motivated, eager to please, want to be part of a team, organized, dedicated to producing quality results, meticulous with details, a positive person, a good communicator -- both written and verbal, have excellent computer skills, a quick mind and willing to work hard and smart. You'll work in a fast paced office in La Jolla, CA. This is NOT an entry level position. Working knowledge of real estate is strongly preferred.

Must be knowledgeable of the following computer programs: MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook; database experience; MLS Systems - Sandicor; MojoSells.com - automatic dialer, theRedx.com - source for real estate related contact information; Internet research.

Responsible for all, but not limited to, aspects of the topics below:

Prospecting Research and Lead Management: Research contact information and organize daily sales prospecting contacts. Track leads in appropriate time line as designated by agent and follow up with the lead or potential customer within the designated time period or put back in front of agent - as determined by agent.

Calendar Management for Agent: Confirm Appointments; Set Appointments; Pre-Qualify Appointments; Prepare Listing Appointment Paperwork (Listing Agreement, CMA, Pre-List, etc.); Set up Showings Appointments for Agent; and follow up After Appointment as appropriate. Facilitate the completion of paperwork for Signing of Listing Agreements and Contracts for Sale and Purchase.

Point Person for Project Implementation: Set up systems in the office to organize, create efficiencies and produce results with the team. Spearhead projects as assigned by agent, delegate steps to completion, and follow up for implementation; Update Agent with details and troubleshoot; and be the key contact for internal and external office procedures as specified by the Agent.

Marketing: Manage projects with outside vendors. Make changes as needed to present marketing materials under advisement. Responsible for managing the execution of quarterly mailings to the database; assist with mail pieces to target markets; and ultimately maintain integrity of history information on database for all customers, both buyers and sellers.

Pending to closing Process: Handles all aspects of closing process including paperwork processing, updating any and all appropriate systems, communicating with clients, agents, lender contacts, attorney contacts, and others as appropriate to obtain a smooth, successful and on-time closing. Follows up with clients and other parties via phone and email. Review HUD prior to closing. Implements follow up plan for past clients. Attends closings as needed.

In general:

Knowledgeable about contracts, disclosures, transaction management.
Support agent as needed and keep him accountable and on track for production goals.
Continually brainstorm with the agent on possible ideas to increase business and implement them.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
