Assistant Manager and Kitchen Manager-Full Service Restaurant (RCALJ)
We are currently holding interviews for Assistant Manager, Bar Manager and Kitchen Manager positions for a high volume, fast paced casual dining restaurant.

Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000

Requirements
o Must have a minimum of 2 years of CURRENT experience working as an Assistant Manager or Kitchen Manager in a high volume casual dining concept
o Must be able to lead, direct and mentor a team
o Must exhibit good tenure at prior employers (please explain any extended gaps over 2 months)
o Current restaurant management experience is required
o Must be willing to work all shifts, opens, mids and closes.
o Desire to grow your career in the restaurant industry with a passion for the business
o Strong team working abilities
o Excellent at guest relations
o Adept at PNL and cost controls
o Enjoy working in a high energy team environment
o Must pass a comprehensive background checkEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
