Maintenance Technician- San DiegoOur apartment community management company is looking to bring on reliable and dedicated Maintenance Technicians to our luxury apartment communities in San Diego County.

If you are handy around the house and have experience maintaining buildings and air conditioners, we would like to talk to you! Our San Diego based company manages several apartment communities nationwide and has a current need for Maintenance Technicians and Apartment HVAC Technicians!Qualifications of a Maintenance TechnicianApartment maintenance experience is requiredHVAC Certification preferred but not requiredMust be able and willing to work one weekend dayMust be available for an on-call rotationJob Duties of our Maintenance TechniciansGeneral apartment maintenance including, but not limited to:
Electrical - relay switches, fan-motors, run capacitors and conversionsPlumbing - slab leaks, angle stop replacements, hot water heater replacements, faucetsDrywall - patching and texturingLocks & RekeyingAppliance - troubleshooting and repairing dishwashers, refrigerators, garbage disposals, and washers/dryersPaintingVinyl Flooring Installation and RepairBasic CarpentryBENEFITS AND COMPENSATIONThe benefits package includes health insurance, holiday, vacation, sick pay, and 401K plan offered after the eligibility period.
Salary/Hourly Starting at $17 per hour and up DOE.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
