As a Property & Casualty Director, you will lead project teams dedicated to developing and delivering pricing analyses and predictive modelling activities for our insurance company clients.
You will play a key role in our marketing efforts and the growth of this practice area for key client groups.
As the project manager, you will bring order and process to the client teams with whom you work and you will serve as a resource to analysts as you help them build their technical and client-facing expertise.

The Role:
Deliver superior, consistent project management for assigned clientsDraft statements of work, project plans and budgets involving multiple workflow streams and client teamsServe as the day to day project lead, ensuring the progress of the team against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables and quality standardsServe as primary, daily contact to clients on delivery of servicesDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projectsManage client expectations and raise appropriate issues to Client Relationship ManagersInterface with colleagues from other practices and regions on assignments that reflect the client's broader business issuesPerform technical and peer reviews of work productsContribute to the development of new tools and approachesMeet revenue and billable hour goals as described by managerSupport the generation of new business as part of the broader teamDevelop new business opportunities and enhance existing relationshipsDirectly contribute to clients' success through applying your technical expertiseBuild relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teamsDemonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levelsServe as mentor to project team associatesThe Requirements:
Experience in PC pricing and predictive modelling requiredExperience working in an insurance and/or actuarial consulting environmentSolid experience using Emblem, Radar, Python and R a strong plusStrong analytical skills including ability to draw conclusions and identify trends from data in a logical, systematic wayProven experience successfully managing multiple projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budgetStrong client relationship, interpersonal and team skillsFlexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issuesThe ability to see the big picture, leveraging the resources of related practices to address the clients business challengesWorking knowledge of Excel, MS Project, MS WordAvailability to travel on an as needed basisPrior consulting experience in a sales or business development role and client relationship management role strongly preferredThe ability to achieve established sales targets and billable hour goalsUndergraduate degree requiredMembership in the Casualty Actuarial Society is required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
