Based in La Jolla, CA we are a successful Property Management Company which specializes in commercial property management, especially retail shops and centers throughout California.
We have maintained good company stability over the last year due to our properties being accommodated by many essential businesses! We have just opened up a Property Administrator role to assist with our growth of assets & tenants under management.
The property administrator will handle coordination of projects (leases, maintenance requests, etc.
) and handle administrative tasks associated with various commercial property manager duties.
In collaboration with other Property Management & Leadership staff, you will help oversee roughly 12-14 properties holding 125 tenants in the portfolio.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience plus:
3
years' experience in a Property Management administrator role.
MUST have some prior experience in commercial property management, specifically for retail (grocery store chains, coffee shops, neighborhood shopping centers, salons, etc.
) Strong administrative skills:
scheduling & project coordination, reports writing, spreadsheets & managing lease paperwork.
Lease administration
Experience:
ability to read, interpret, and manage spreadsheets competently.
Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel (graphs/charts) and proficient 50
WPM typing abilities Experience with property management software (MRI, PVault, and other company-related systems)Desired but not required:
