Either direction you will find great coffee houses, restaurants, groceries and shopping. The best part is that it is all within one mile give or take. Located at the bottom of Palomar is the well known Windansea Beach. Here you will enjoy incredible sunsets walks, chill sessions, sunbathing, meditation and dog walks but most importantly it is one of the most famous surf breaks in San Diego. Our favorite part of the main house remodel is the state of the art commercial grade kitchen. Anyone who loves to be in the kitchen will appreciate our Wi-Fi compatible ovens, the quiet dishwasher, pot filler, heavy duty exhaust hood and spacious refrigerator. There are two bedrooms downstairs as well. One a little bigger than the other. The first and bigger of the two is bright and has French doors that open to a small backyard. There is also a door that opens to a small private patio. A closet and wall mounted tv are also available. The smaller of the two bedrooms has a closet. Both bedrooms would share the full downstairs bathroom. The main living space has beautiful tile floors and a high ceiling. There are two sets of French doors. One opens to the front patio and the other to the small backyard. Right off of the main living area is what we call the library. A great place to relax and meditate or read a book. Right outside of the dining room is a beautiful fountain with chairs and a table. The breezeway provides just that, a beautiful refreshing breeze. As a matter of fact the flow that the house provides makes it unnecessary to need air conditioning. You will also have access to the rooftop patio above the garages. A gorgeous place to relax and enjoy coffee, sunset, a glass of wine or to simply get a little sun. You will also have access to half of the garage.
